Npc max health bug #1158

When i try to put any hp like 500 10000 5000 does'nt matter, its always stay in 100 hp (in config it stays as i wrote) but when i close citizens it fixes itself but when i do that my bosses who needs citizens to aggresive does'nt attack anyone so i change spigot max hp and still same issue(only when citizens work) please help i use citizens last version and last version of boss.

Citizens has a known limitation of max health for their bosses making it reset to a lower value. This is especially true on older MC versions, unfortunately we were not able to resolve it fully.
