Hi! I'm creating a player NPC Boss with a netherite sword. The problem is it doesn't wait enough before the next hit so it can't hit much because it is not 1.8 pvp. I know I can fix it by increasing the damage multiplier but sometimes it starts spamming the hits very very fast. So it can kill players easily in that situation (Didn't add speed effect).
