1.20.1:Riding issue #1193

Hi! I'm trying to make a Player Npc boss who rides a Ravager. First I tried to use the "Mobs to Ride" section and put a classic Ravager egg but when I summon it Ravager killed the rider Npc boss (I will attach a video:https://medal.tv/games/minecraft/clips/1q9B9WZ0PtmudF/4noAzrDnM7uK?invite=cr-MSxLRFUsMTkwNDYxNjgwLA). Then I tried to create a Ravager boss and put it in Player NPC's "Bosses to Ride" section. Then it worked and Ravager didn'r kill the rider but this time it doesn't attack me. Acctually it attacks but it doesn't follow. I just realized that even if I try with the normal horse, Player Npc can't ride it and follow me

I do apology, player NPCs have some tech limitations due to Citizens integrations. I will have a deeper look once I have more time but I cant promise a fix.
