Mister matej i would like to known how i can change the size of the bosses.. in the plugin page it says you can change but i dont find the option anywhere..

1.20.2 is not supported. Use 1.20.4 and soon 1.20.5.

You can only change boss sizes for supported mobs i.e. Slime and Phantom.
