Can you please remove 1.19 encryption of chat messages #2376

Can you do this into CHCPRO or at least make it compatible with plugin like this: https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/noencryption.102902/

Thank you, it should be compatible with that plugin. We automatically disable chat encryption in ChatControl Red.
