Information about the issue/bug

If I use default emoji in Format_Discord: :emoji: {message} all works and I can see emoji in discord chat. But if I use emoji from my discord server, emoji doesn't work and I see something like :name_of_my_emoji: text of the message

Mind asking DiscordSRV developers please ? We don't have any code related to translating discord emojis on our end.
