Information about the issue/bug

Issues: Hello,

1. I set my chat/command cooldown "3" and every command and chat denies (then deny) it doesn`t trigger chat/command cooldown. (Video downbelow)
2. then replace is not working. In console it replaced but in game chat it didnt event change or replace. For example, this is not even replacing in game chat but in console chat it does replace. (Video/Image downbelow)
3. Anti_caps is also not working. Maybe related to replace is not working?

• I found out LPC plugin causing the replace. How do I allow LPC plugin on then replace?.
• For the then deny it still not trigger the command/chat cooldown. I wanted it to be trigger chat/command cooldown even it denies.
