1.16.5: Human readable time error #727

On startup I get this error: https://pastebin.com/pRGA9Vh9. The plugin works fine on 10.2.2 but as soon as I updated to 10.2.5/10.2.6 the error occured. I can't do /chc debug as it disables the plugin before I can do the command. I tried this with just chat control (with my config) + protocol lib and the issue is still present so it isn't a conflict. Even if it says it needs to be human readable I looked over some of the options in settings.yml and 0 is supposed to disable them (and it says so in the commented messages).
