2 months ago - HiC nf workflow infrastructure is in place, but individual scripts still depend upon conda environments and unorganised scripts, they should be containerised.
- Maybe build our own own singularity containers for the processes?
- Need to think of a standard infrastructure/input format/something to follow for the individual workflow steps. Needs to be easy & intuitive to track errors and understand where things went wrong. Maybe check an existing assembly workflow and try to plan things out,before jumping into the QC workflow.
