I simply run the partitioning code with default settings on the Mill-19 dataset, scene Building. However, it seems that your partitioning code generates many floating artifacts after partitioning.
As shown in the above image, the green point clouds are the SFM points before partitioning, and the black ones are the partition 1_1. You can see there are many black points in the air.
It is more obvious when I zoom out, more points blow the ground.
