MCP repairs resetting server HP #460

What is the Version you're running?
Version: MCP

(1) In Game User Name:

(2) What is your issue?
Repairing servers in the MCP resets the HP to a value determined by the server 
security.  This is compounded with the repair all function resetting all 
servers on the SatNet.  The repairs become an issue when they are applied to 
servers like SatNet Hubs, Shops and ORSE which have artificially inflated HPs 
to protect them from random attacks and make them a challenge for experienced 
players.
(3) What steps will reproduce the problem?
a)Repair a server or use repair all functions

(4) What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
HP should be reset to the set value but it is being reset to a value calculated 
from the server security.

a) what where you doing when you discovered the problem?
b) are you able to retrace your steps in order to reproduce the problem?

Setting a server for 40000hp would require a security level of 2000.  This 
makes the server virtually impossible to crash, regardless of the number of 
people involved.  The return attacks will be too powerful and I do not believe 
that they are split amongst the attackers.
