Enter Key Stops Working In Chat

What is the Version you're running?

(1) In Game User Name:

(2) What is your issue?
Enter key stops working in chat
(3) What steps will reproduce the problem?
a)Open chat
b)Open GPS
c)Switch to database view
d)Switch back to global view

(4) What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Enter key should work in chat.  Switching back to database view stops the enter 
key working.  Closing and reopening chat fixes the issue.

(5)Please provide additional information below.
a) what where you doing when you discovered the problem?
b) are you able to retrace your steps in order to reproduce the problem?

Edit:  Switching back to Global View, not to database view as noted in 
"expected output".
