Proxy route remains locked after disconnecting

(2) What is your issue?
Servers on a proxy route will remain locked out after disconnecting.
(3) What steps will reproduce the problem?
a)Load proxy route
b)Connect to server
c)Disconnect

(4) What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Servers will remain locked until the refresh SatNet button is pressed.  Servers 
should refresh on disconnect, but this caused some issues before and was 
reversed.  No solution has yet been implemented.

(5)Please provide additional information below.
a) what where you doing when you discovered the problem?
b) are you able to retrace your steps in order to reproduce the problem?

what view are you looking at, by double clicking servers on the gps map, i had 
no problems and could not replicate.

Found another necessary step.  Load bounce route, remove a server from the 
route, connect, disconnect.  Removing the server from the route appears to 
switch the right side checkbox in database view.
