What is the Version you're running?
Version: 2.0.9.7a3

(1) In Game User Name: DrSnake

(2) What is your issue?
I can not open control panel and some GUI are missing like start menu or the 
windows who appears when you connecting to a server.

(3) What steps will reproduce the problem?
a)start the game open controle panel select save position of interface
b)quit the game
c)restart the game
d)can not open control panel and some GUI are missing

(4) What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I want to you reset my acocunt option.

(5)Please provide additional information below.
a) what where you doing when you discovered the problem?
I just put the settings of the game.
b) are you able to retrace your steps in order to reproduce the problem?
I think yes.

i wiped the account for you. the problem was your GUI settings are forcing the 
windows out of view.
