What is the Version you're running?
Version: 2.0.9.7f

(1) In Game User Name: Twyster

(2) What is your issue?

Okay, first off I apologize for having to have the first version of this post
deleted. I really should have checked it more carefully. I've double-checked
both the words here AND the images I'm going to link to.

This involves my user ID (usrXXXXXXXX) which I don't feel comfortable posting
here for obvious gameplay reasons, so please bear with me. I will refer to my
true user ID as usrXXXXXXXX from this point onward, and the second inexplicable
user ID as usrYYYYYYYY. In the screenshots usrXXXXXXXX will be denoted by
usr[green rectangle] and and usrYYYYYYYY will be represented by usr[red
rectangle].

This is a screenshot of the Agent Profile and Agent SatNet from my account.
From what I can tell, "usrYYYYYYYY" should be "usrXXXXXXXX" like the one in my
agent profile.

It's definitely looking like a glitch, though I could be wrong since I have
nothing to compare it to.

It appears "usrXXXXXXXX" has somehow been associated with TWO gateways; the
matching one, and "usrYYYYYYYY" which I am unable to access.

(3) What steps will reproduce the problem?
a) Nothing specific, I just open the Agent SatNet and there it is.
b) Furthermore, doing a search for MY user ID brings up TWO gateways, not one.
Both gateways /belong/ to usrXXXXXXXX, but the first gateway itself is /named/
usrYYYYYYYY and the second gateway is labelled usrXXXXXXXX as it should be.

(4) What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I'm not sure if this is true, but from what I gather from the game manual the
start point in the Agent SatNet should be my gateway, labelled with my user ID
aka "usrXXXXXXXX".

Instead, it's "usrYYYYYYYY". As stated, doing a search for the correct user ID
brings up two gateways owned by that ID, one of which is the (suspected)
incorrect gateway.

(5)Please provide additional information below.
a) what where you doing when you discovered the problem?
Trying to access my own gateway.
b) are you able to retrace your steps in order to reproduce the problem?
Yes, easily.

your usrYYYYYYY is the position you had before someone went inactive and his
account was deleted, though it should be fixed.

Thank you! The problem has been fixed. But next time, could you try NOT to take
5 months? Just saying; It's a long time to wait.
