Outlining highlighted when moving windows

Please provide detailed Information about the Feature you would like to
see.

For most missions i have a standard set-up of my windows. However, to get that 
set-up, it's kinda hard to place some windows, since the outlining of those 
windows aren't highlighted, but only the lighter lines (for instance: when i 
move the notepad window, it shows the text-box, while re-arranging, but not the 
complete window)

Please rate the importance of your Feature Request *for others*

I'd suggest also making it possible to save all windows; as in, PROGRAMS too, 
not just gateway tools, or how to properly address them. 

Would be nice, as the current way it still quite incomplete a feature to save 
windows. I'm sure there's a reason for it being like it is, but I hope the 
workaround wouldnt be too difficult.

As for the yoep..'s issue, I think it would be a decent idea to change it as 
proposed, although, admittedly, not critical in any way.
