Could build 0274ad9046550a57e23c2368ad23d3ad155540e2 but not 1717f5b0527dd4afbbd13123dbe6747cd77c70e7.

What could be a possible cause?

Location : src-f2c folder python setup.py build_ext --inplace

Consider trying with lsame_ of BLAS. Compare with CBLAS version. (CBLAS is a f2c'ed version anyways)
