Taskbar position is not restored #357

Since updating to 5.59, the taskbar's position is no longer restored when all the other windows are. This used to work fine a few versions ago; as far as I know nothing has changed in my system.

This is on Windows 10.

No, just on the desktop after my monitor was powered down.

It seems to work fine with this now!

Came here to log the same bug. I was on 5.59.9025.2854, issue still present. Dropped on 5.59.9042.21189 from the link above, and task bar placement is working again.
