Suggestion: add a list of hosting providers. #3

I think is a good idea have a file that includes all the companies that are running under a hypervisor.

The file can be named something like: blacklist.md, shame-list.md or providers.md.

Or just add a general list with all the providers tested, and use a field to specify if is running under a hypervisor or not.

What do you think? I think the second option is the best. If you ask me: +1 to the second option.

I'm not really interested in doing a witch-hunt. This pretty much started as an investigation into why the hypervisor bit showed up on a crappy $20/year VPS I bought.
