PWA support #45

Reminiscence is good web application, and I think it will be more convenient if it support PWA.

PWA will require javascript. Currently when displaying archived content JS is removed due to security concerns. But yes I'm open to suggestions on how to do it in a safe manner. I'm also interested in it.
