Add github for slack to get github updates in slack #1659

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Maintainers and other community members may find it difficult to keep track of newly opened issues, PR, etc.

Describe the solution you'd like With Github for slack integration, everyone will get notified in slack for new PR, issues, etc.
