[BUG] TestSnapshotCopy fails for GPD provider #2046

Describe the bug The test BlockStorageProviderSuite.TestSnapshotCopy fails for GPD provider. Below is the PR to skip the test for GPD

We should investigate if blockstorage.SnapshotCopy can be implemented for GPD provider, if not , remove the GPD references from the test entirely
