关于G1的定义

从空间积分与统计积分转换恒等式看，应取g为G1(wo,pm)max{wo·wm(pm),0}，然后G1(wo,w)根据定理其分子积分内也该带max项，但因为delta函数取值的特殊性，把max项挪出来，计算投影积分的公式也成立，所以G1(wo,w)的定义扔掉了max项，放在了外面
