Add information about setting VIRTUAL_HOST locally to README.md #140

Many Kanopians such as myself set VIRTUAL_HOST for our docksal environments to *.docksal.site globally. This is fine, but it makes us forget this is an important ingredient for a working local. This can cause confusion and problems when client partner developers need to co-develop with us.

I am submitting a PR that adds a note about this to the README.md.
