Feature: Add possibility to add involved fire departments #5

It would be useful to have records of related fire departments (Berufsfeuerwehr X, Werksfeuerwehr Y, Freiwillige Feuerwehr Z ...) as own record type besides the records of "Unterstützung/Hilfe"

They could be selected like the other record types on the relations tab.

This is not the first time, that somebody needs that. I'm thinking about to realize that feature. Maybe a kind of sub departments?

Yes, something like sub departments.

This would allow editors to be faster by having less options to select and makes it possible to distinguish between own (NEW) an related forces ("Unterstützung/Hilfe") in Frontend and Filters.

Can you check whether the new category featue in develop branch can be an alternative for sub departments. If not, can you describe those feature with sub departments a little bit more detailed. You need a new model for that or not? How the relations should be? Maybe a second extension is a good solution. I'm not sure what is the best way to implement this.

Please check out version 3.2.1 to test category feature.
