Are you thinking about image scrolling when viewing an image larger than the window?

Uncheck [Scroll with mouse cursor on zooming] in the main menu.

Woops,it may be a wrong translate image

this means Mouse wheel zoom

Scroll with mouse cursor on zooming ->根据鼠标光标滚动
