Please release build with newer Qt for libwebp's 0day #181

Hi,

As you can see from the QuickViewer source tree, QuickViewer does not include the libwebp source code or its references, and the responsibility lies with the Qt SDK distributor.

Users of Qt apps (including QuickViewer) should request the Qt SDK distributor to provide a modified qwebp.dll.
