Reverts kantinen/infoscreen#87 I don't think it is nice if you have been affected by the current health crisis to be reminded with cold numbers

It was meant to make people more cautious but fair point.

I love the intent and I think we could do something to increase awareness. Maybe a "remember to wash and sanitize your hands" slide.
