Cannot Connect after powering on PSU #247

What were you doing?

I just installed the PSU Control plugin and PSU Control - Home assistant plugins and configured them. Now when I turn the printer back on Octoprint does not automatically connect.

  1. Turn PSU off with Home Assistant
  2. Turn PSU on with Home Assistant
  3. ...

What did you expect to happen?

I expected the PSU to turn on (it did) and Octoprint to connect to the printer.

What happened instead?

Octoprint did not connect, I received errors in the log and see the following on the Octoprint page

State: Offline after error
SerialException: device reports readiness to read but returned no data (device disconnected or multiple access on port?)
No serial port found, are you sure your printer is physically connected and supported? Try [refreshing](javascript:void(0)) and if that doesn't help please see [the FAQ](https://faq.octoprint.org/no-candidates).

I also cannot manually connect without restarting Octoprint. I get the following message:

Could not autodetect your printer
No working connection parameters could be found. Are you sure your printer is physically connected and supported? Refer to [the FAQ](https://faq.octoprint.org/connection-error) for help in debugging this.

Apparently it just takes my printer a really freaking long time (17 seconds) to start up and I needed to include a post on delay.
