Template Engine #64

I think it would be a good idea to use a Template Engine like Smarty or Twig.

But first: Bugfixing!

a template engine is senseless in this game.

For the game itself it is not neccessary, you're right. But I think for the game interface, the forum and login and admin stuff it could be useful to have a clearer code. Also some extensions like Portal etc. could reuse the template engine.
