What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open any fullscreen game and try 2 finger tapping it wont work
2. problem may be that it is a program running and not a true driver in 
background
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

FIXED
needs to be set to run as ADMINISTRATOR in properties
works like a charm thanks!
