Class not registered, Class ID:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Windows 7
2. Inspiron 1545
3. Extract the program and Run

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the executable to install, but it gives me the "Class not 
registered, Class ID:"  error.  How do I prevent that from happening?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest version, 1.0.6 on Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
