Request for build configuration wiki articles #11

Description of feature being requested:
Wiki pages for the various build configurations, especially the "Release" 
configuration and the "MATLAB" configuration.

Purpose of feature being requested:
To give new developers an overview of the various ways GiiMote can be 
built.

Pages should be titled "ReleaseConfiguration", "DebugConfiguration", and 
"MatlabConfiguration". Each page should contain information regarding 
dependencies and configuration specific files which are exported during the 
build. Scripts used during each build should also be detailed and possibly 
included or linked. Release and MATLAB configurations should be given 
priority.
