Description of feature being requested:
Better support multi-display setups by allowing the user to configure what 
display to track infrared across

Purpose of feature being requested:
To allow users to use GiiMote applications on setups which output to 
secondary displays

Additional information:
Should allow GiiMoteLib.GiiMote.display_height and 
GiiMoteLib.GiiMote.display_width to be set to an arbitrary number, let the 
library select a secondary display to get the size of, and possibly support 
tracking across an extended display with one or more sensor bars.
