Sortable columns on "List All.." screens #100

It would be good to be able to sort a column of a "List All.." screen 
sequentially or alphatically.

E.g "List All Diabetes Centres".
Each column will have an Up or Down arrow to show its current state of sorting 
(Up - ascending.  Down - descending); and clicking on the arrow will toggle the 
sort.

This would be nice but is not provided with spring roo easily out of the box. 
Will look into it when all other bugs fixed.
