Enter New Child - help texts and date format inconsistent on "Date Diabetes Diagnosed" and "Date Insulin Started" fields #102

On the "Enter New Child" page, the help texts in the fields "Date Diabetes 
Diagnosed" and "Date Insulin Started" are "Enter as day/month/year in the 
format .." and "Please enter as đd/mm/yyyy";  however the accepted format for 
these fields is dd/mm/yyyy.

Either the help text should be changed or the date format.
