gpshell: cmake install CMakeLists.txt as documentation #19

CMakeLists.txt uses the globbing pattern *.txt to identify documentation. This matches CMakeLists.txt. Also afaik, lots of the .txt are actually install scripts, which might not really qualify as documentation. Nevertheless, it might make sense to just put them in a separate directory.
