[Bug]: Airplanes crashing too often #5

Version of OpenTTD

12.0.slowpace

Expected result

Having 5 new airplanes I expect ~1 crash in next 10-20 years.

Actual result

I have 2 crashes in 2 years having brand new 5 airplanes with reliability 90./

Steps to reproduce

  1. Run game in with year pace every 24 hours.
  2. Run 5 airplanes.
  3. Watch for next 3 game years (you can fastforward if you don't want to wait for 2 days).
  4. Observe how many airplanes you have.

In MaybeCrashAirplane function, reduce probability N times
