Upgrades epel repository to version 7.9 #16

The Travis-CI build failed on the Centos 5 Image because Centos 5 has reached it's EOL, and can no longer be obtained via http://mirrors.kernel.org/centos/5.11/isos/x86_64/CentOS-5.11-x86_64-netinstall.iso

You could alter the Build, so it used the Vault, instead... but I would just drop the Centos 5 Image. Vault URL: http://vault.centos.org/5.11/isos/x86_64/CentOS-5.11-x86_64-netinstall.iso

This does not affect the change in this commit though, the Centos 7 Image builds just fine.
