add that it is not maintained to readme. #38

@grinsted why you say that this project is unmaintained? I see some activity after your PR. The latest commit is March 2023.

@kapadia could you please clarify? I'm considering to include this package in the main archive for Debian packages. Of course is he project is unmaintained upstream this would be a problem.

I cannot remember why I wrote this. I have a hard time imagining that I came up with this statement by myself, so I suppose I must have read that exact phrasing in a GitHub issue or a forum post or something.

@kapadia just close, ignore, or accept this PR as you feel is appropriate.

@grinsted @avalentino This project is lightly maintained. I've accepted PRs from contributors in recent time, and will continue to do so.

Thanks for the info @kapadia FYI, usgs will be soon in the Debian main archive
