Вопрос возник: FPC 2.4.2 Win32 FarHints build 17 SVN r300 #14

При сборке плагина FPC сообщает об ошибке и 
прекращает работу:

Target OS: Win32 for i386

FarHintsTags.pas(239,37) Error: Identifier not found "BOM_UTF16BE"
FarHintsTags.pas(477) Fatal: There were 1 errors compiling module, stopping
Fatal: Compilation aborted
Error: C:\PROGRA~1\FPC\2.4.2\bin\i386-Win32\ppc386.exe returned an error 
exitcode (normal if you did not specify source file to be compiled)

в чём может быть причина - неполнота 
хидеров компилятора или различие 
диалектов входных языков Delphi и FTP? Сто лет с 
паскалем не работал - с института его 
терпеть не мог, работал с PL/1 и Assembler S/370, а 
теперь всё вспоминаю заново. Потому прошу 
подсказки.
