Fixing fakelog

Fakelog doesn't matter now, as it does not contain any working implementation of the Hebe API, making it pretty much useless for the vulcan-api. The tests are not created yet, too.

I have to disagree with that, even though fakelog doesn't fully support hebe to, it's still useful for testing registration.
