Feature request Create package for the homebrew (https://brew.sh/)

As I understand, it is correct for libraries only.

According to https://github.com/Homebrew/brew/blob/master/docs/Python-for-Formula-Authors.md

... Homebrew draws a distinction between Python applications and Python libraries ... Homebrew is happy to accept applications that are built in Python, whether the apps are available from PyPI or not ...

@afoninsky We can even create a MacPorts package alongside homebrew package giving Mac Users more options.

@daminisatya I worked on a MacPorts project in last year's GSoC, so if you need any help in creating a MacPorts package, please feel free to contact me.

It's not a task by itself but it's part of the second idea mentioned here: https://github.com/deepmind/kapitan/blob/master/IDEAS.md#2-follow-up-on-helm-osx-bindings All proposals should be submitted via the official gsoc process before assigning any project to individuals. :)
