Create an AUR package for Kapitan #470

Feature request

I know we can install Kapitan using simple pip install but the problem with pip is, it won't notify you when a new version of Kapitan is available, we have to do this manually. As I can see you guys are pushing new releases frequently most of the people won't even bother to come to GitHub and check if there is a new release available.

If we have an AUR package, people who use Arch-based distributions could use an AUR helper to get l latest version of the software easily and they will get notified when a new version is available especially if they are using a distro like Manjaro.
