feat: SOPS integration

Would be superb to integrate SOPS ( simple, standalone, lightweight secret management )

• SOPS supports AGE encryption ( https://github.com/mozilla/sops#encrypting-using-age ), which is much easier than GPG
• useful for bootstraping, when there is no infrastructure yet
• for non cloud environments, where is Hashicorp Vault too much complexity

It can probably work out of the box right now with environment refs and sops exec-env ( execute a command with decrypted values inserted into the environment )
