Access to MapLyer and MapFolder informations #495

I use the Google.Apis.MapsEngine.exp2 version 1.9.0.150, and I try to list all 
folders and layers of my Map

But the object Map.Content have a list of MapItem Objects

A MapItem object have only Etag and Type properties

Where can I found MapFolder and MapLayer objects in the Map.Content object
