Add inline text for how to use upgrade feature

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. go to the upgrade utility in GetPaid setup: /@@manage-getpaid-upgrade
2. scratch head...guess what needs to be done

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Can we have just a wee bit of documentation inline about what is needed to
use this? ideally also, when one has to do this. 

If we need more than the inline documentation, please add more info at
plone.org/products/getpaid/documentation . Thanks!

looks good, but i still don't understand what I am supposed to do...

ie do I upgrade the software and then hit the button here? Or do I hit the 
button and
then upgrade? or does it not matter?
