Address info needs to be shown on order #150

When you place an order, it doesn't show the address info. 

It should really be possible to find this info through the interface, in a
non-programatic way :)

Ideally this information would be formatted so the address shows : 

Mailing address                     Shipping Address (if exists
blah                                 blah blah
blah 
blah

This should show on the order view page (for user and admin).

Lucie also mentions that this could be shown in merchant email notification 
also. i
leave this up to others to figure out if that is useful!

I think that if people want to see the shipping/billing address in the email
notification, they can customize the email. But it be nice maybe to have an 
option in
the portal_setup to set if we want to see the shipping/billing addresses in the 
email
or not... I will move that to the ticket about email notifications.
