Broken link to "Order History" on "View Details" page #163

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. log in, go to your order history or a link to an order
2. view the details page of an order
3. click on the link to "order history" (next to logout)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Goes to /Order%20Details/@@getpaid-order-history

typo?

It doesn't seem like this exists anymore.

the get-paid-order-history action is deleted. I created a plain GetPaid site 
all from
scratch and this action didn't exist in it.

ah...strange...i installed a new site and it isn't there anymore. 
oh well, that seemed useful :)
