Plone 3 dashboard offers non-existant GetPaid portlets #168

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Log in to Plone 3 site with GetPaid
2. Go to "preferences" 
3. Hit edit and look at the list of portlets available. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The list of portlets includes not only useless stuff...but stuff that is
not implemented yet. For example "premium" and "shippable" portlets. Also
includes "buyable", "donatable" and "cart". 

At minimum, the ones not implemented shouldn't be offered. Do the ones
associated with content really make sense? ie donateable, buyable. Perhaps
the cart is the only one that has any utility for the user's dashboard. 

If others agree, I think we should restrict it .
